The officers and members would like to congratulate firefighter/EMT Todd Lightcap Jr. on graduating from the Montgomery County Fire Academy. Todd has been member in Columbia since 2004 starting as a Junior when he was 15.
He will begin his career with Montgomery County at Station 30. There he will serve on C shift with an Engine, Tanker, Ambulance, and Spec. Ops. Swift Water Rescue Team.
