The officers and members would like to congratulate firefighter/EMT Michael McCord on graduating from the Reading City Fire Academy. Michael has been member in Columbia since 2012 starting as a Firefighter after completing the Lancaster County CTC Emergency Services Academy with several other members of our department.
Though he no longer resides in the area he still finds time to make his way into Columbia and help staff on some weekends.

We congratulate Michael and wish him a long and safe career!
