The Ladder and Engine were sent to assist Company 07 (Mountville Fire Company No. 1) with a fire alarm at a nursing home. While the crews were investigating they discovered a smoke condition from one of the rooms, upgrading the assignment. The source was eventually traced back to a HVAC issue with the assignment being held to units from 07, 80, and 76.
