The volunteers were busy on Tuesday evening into the overnight hours. The evening started off at 6:36pm with Rescue 80 assisting Company 38 with a house fire. Shortly after returning, Company 80 responded into the 400 block of Manor Street for an odor investigation. An hour after clearing, Ladder 80 was sent to York County Station 89-4 to provide coverage due to area units operating at two different working fire. The Ladder remained in York County until nearly 3am, when the Rescue was sent to assist EMS with forcible entry. The volunteers have currently responded to 9 calls for service this week.
