6 Alarm Structure Fire in York City

Company 80 responded 2 separate working fires yesterday staffing 4 units. The Rescue was pulled from their transfer as part of the 4th alarm assignment for a large warehouse fire in York City. The Rescue supplied Engine 68-1 from both a hydrant and a tanker shuttle for 7 hours until being released. Ladder 80 while also transferring was pulled as part of the 5th alarm assignment. The Ladder operated their aerial materstream for several hours. The Engine remained staffed during this time with Tower 403 and Rescue Squad 50.

At 2144 hours, a structure fire was dispatched in Mountville Borough for a working basement fire. Engine 80, Tower 403, Rescue Squad 50, and Traffic 80 all made the response. Units operated on the scene for 1 hour until clearing and returning to the borough.
