Columbia Borough Highway Department will conduct snow clearance operations on Manor Street from 4th Street to 10th Street on Monday, February 2nd, 2025. Residents are respectfully requested to park their vehicles off the street during work hours (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) to facilitate efficient snow removal.
